Reason: Full-body integration for hybrid CB/CDM skills—like van Dijk's command and Kanté's hustle.
Warm-up:
5 min jog.
Exercise 1:
Circuit (do one after another, rest 1 min after full round, 3 rounds)
1) anded push-ups (or knees down): 8 reps
2) Banded bent-over rows: 10 reps
3) Banded Sumo deadlifts (hinge at hips): 10 reps
4) Banded bicep curls: 12 reps.
Cool-down: Full-body stretches.
Exercise 2:
Full Burpees: 25 reps
Exercise 3:
Circuit (do one after another, rest 30 seconds after full round, 3 rounds)
1) Pull-ups: 5 (use band to assist)
2) Sumo shiko (wide stance, stamp one leg up/down): 10 reps per leg
Cool Down:
5 min walking
